Trucks

Information about the correct skateboard truck width:

All truck manufacturers provide their trucks in different size charts. For an 8" deck, you can use an Independent 139", a Thunder 147", or a Titus 5.3" truck. To determine which truck fits perfectly under your deck, consult the size chart. The length of the truck axle should ideally match the width of the deck. Trucks should not be wider than the deck itself whenever possible. When in doubt, you can simply follow our recommendations for the appropriate deck width when choosing your trucks.

Truck Height:

Truck height is measured from the baseplate to the center of the axle. There are three different types of truck constructions that primarily differ in their height:

Low trucks provide a more direct board feel due to their lower center of gravity but should only be used with wheels up to 53mm to avoid wheel bite.

Mid trucks are the standard when it comes to truck height.

High trucks offer a wider turning angle due to their additional height.

Das Optimum

Viele Jahre lang habe ich gezögert und mich gefragt, ob sich der hohe Preis tatsächlich lohnt. Aber nun weiß ich: Ja, die Lager sind den Preis wert und ich möchte nichts anderes mehr fahren!

Also tut mir Leid, bei anderen bones war ich immer zufrieden, und die hier laufen echt super leise, leicht und lang, aber leider hatte ich bei beiden Sätzen nach wenigen Wochen ein bzw. zwei Lager, die sich verabschiedet haben (Späne und fangen an zu stocken). Vllt. hatte ich auch nur Pech mit der Charge, aber bei dem Spitzenpreis hätte ich auch gern ein Spitzenprodukt gehabt.

Ware wurde in einwandfreien Zustand geliefert

Bones bearings sind mehr als exzellent meine letzten haben ein halbes Jahrzehnt Gehalten nur mit Profi-Equipment wird man zum Profi

Swiss made quality

Bearings

They’ve rolled smooth since I’ve gotten them. No problems. Still need to take care of them.

So far so good

I’ve ridden lots of different bearings and the true mark of any bearing is always in it’s longevity and how they hold up over time. All bearings feel good when they are just out of the box. So far not ridden them enough to see how that supposed superior quality works out over time but like any bearing they are fast and smooth out of the box. If they turn out to be better than the Super Reds which are the best longterm bearing I’ve ridden then they will be golden. Everyone raves about the Swiss and people have had the same set for years. We’ll see.
