Their label started off with the name “Hardcore” and was more of a skateboard distribution company than anything else.The first shoes and clothing items sporting the Globe brand name were released in 1994. The rest, as they say, was history. Today, Globe sneakers can be found on the feet of pro skaters likeChris Haslam, Rodney Mullen, Louie Barletta, Ryan Dezenco, Mark Appleyard, Paul Hart and David Gonzales- not to mention tons of not-so-professional skaters, too!
