The Bones Wheels Speed Cream is the ideal choice for bearing maintenance. This synthetic lubricant is perfect for high-temperature frictions that can occur in skateboarding and was developed by Bones specifically to reduce friction. It will provide the bearing with a thin, protective layer to prevent corrosion and has a low viscosity.

Bones Speed Cream is suited for all commercially available skateboard bearings. We recommend cleaning your bearings beforehand with the Bones Bearing Cleaning Unit.

Features:

- high-quality lubricant
- 1/2 fluid oz. / 13 cc
- specifically developed to reduce friction
- covers bearing in thin corrosion-protection layer
- low viscosity
- perfect for refurbishing older bearings

Trucks

Information about the correct skateboard truck width:

All truck manufacturers provide their trucks in different size charts. For an 8" deck, you can use an Independent 139", a Thunder 147", or a Titus 5.3" truck. To determine which truck fits perfectly under your deck, consult the size chart. The length of the truck axle should ideally match the width of the deck. Trucks should not be wider than the deck itself whenever possible. When in doubt, you can simply follow our recommendations for the appropriate deck width when choosing your trucks.

Truck Height:

Truck height is measured from the baseplate to the center of the axle. There are three different types of truck constructions that primarily differ in their height:

Low trucks provide a more direct board feel due to their lower center of gravity but should only be used with wheels up to 53mm to avoid wheel bite.

Mid trucks are the standard when it comes to truck height.

High trucks offer a wider turning angle due to their additional height.

For more detailed information on skateboard trucks, you can refer to the Titus Skateboard Guide.

Ohne geht nix

If you care, use it

Taking care of bearings not only makes them last longer, but it also makes them faster and more comfortable to ride. If you care about skating, you owe it to yourself to take care of your bearings. And speed cream is an easy and reliable way to do it

How we handle reviews: Anyone can review this item – you do not need to have made a purchase from us to do so. We have been able to link reviews marked ‘Verified’ to an actual order placed in our shop. For reviews without this mark, we have no proof of purchase; we cannot therefore confirm that the person owns the item. The star rating is the average of all published reviews, whether verified or not. Reviews are published without prior review by us, whether positive or critical. We will only remove a review retrospectively if it is offensive, discriminatory or clearly biased, does not relate to the item being reviewed, infringes the rights of third parties or contains advertising. A poor review alone is never a reason for removal.
