We spared no effort and invested a lot of work in the development of the next evolution of Titus Tornados. Now we are proud to present the outstanding Titus Tornados Superiors! The entire development process of the ball bearings was intensively accompanied by our Tornados team until all riders were 100% enthusiastic in their relentless tests. Testing took place at various spots and under the most demanding conditions.

The Tornados Superiors combine everything you could wish for in outstanding bearings. They not only roll incredibly fast but are also exceptionally precise and have damn high durability. In total, they are the highest quality bearings we have ever developed. The half-closed construction generates much less friction than conventional bearings. This makes our Titus ball bearings even more precise and faster!

Supplied with the eight ball bearings are also four spacers made of high-quality steel, which provide more stability and accordingly further increase the life expectancy of the Titus Tornados Superiors. For cleaning (e.g., with washing benzine or acetone), the shields of the ball bearings can be removed. Then, the included Superior Oil comes into play. Perfectly maintained, your ball bearings are always ready for high speed! As a guide, we have included all the information in a maintenance manual.

Riser pads are used to increase the distance between the wheels and the deck in order to prevent undesirable contact between the wheels and the deck (wheel bites) when turning.

Trucks

Information about the correct skateboard truck width:

All truck manufacturers provide their trucks in different size charts. For an 8" deck, you can use an Independent 139", a Thunder 147", or a Titus 5.3" truck. To determine which truck fits perfectly under your deck, consult the size chart. The length of the truck axle should ideally match the width of the deck. Trucks should not be wider than the deck itself whenever possible. When in doubt, you can simply follow our recommendations for the appropriate deck width when choosing your trucks.

Truck Height:

Truck height is measured from the baseplate to the center of the axle. There are three different types of truck constructions that primarily differ in their height:

Low trucks provide a more direct board feel due to their lower center of gravity but should only be used with wheels up to 53mm to avoid wheel bite.

Mid trucks are the standard when it comes to truck height.

High trucks offer a wider turning angle due to their additional height.
