Riser pads are used to increase the distance between the wheels and the deck in order to prevent undesirable contact between the wheels and the deck (wheel bites) when turning.

Trucks

Information about the correct skateboard truck width:

All truck manufacturers provide their trucks in different size charts. For an 8" deck, you can use an Independent 139", a Thunder 147", or a Titus 5.3" truck. To determine which truck fits perfectly under your deck, consult the size chart. The length of the truck axle should ideally match the width of the deck. Trucks should not be wider than the deck itself whenever possible. When in doubt, you can simply follow our recommendations for the appropriate deck width when choosing your trucks.

Truck Height:

Truck height is measured from the baseplate to the center of the axle. There are three different types of truck constructions that primarily differ in their height:

Low trucks provide a more direct board feel due to their lower center of gravity but should only be used with wheels up to 53mm to avoid wheel bite.

Mid trucks are the standard when it comes to truck height.

High trucks offer a wider turning angle due to their additional height.

let the good times roll

Fettes Board, breit, lang, robust. Ich 48, auch breit (92 Kilo), nicht lang (178 cm), freu mich grade über jeden Ollie die Bordsteinkante rauf und Boneless runter als wärs 1988. Boah, hat mir das gefehlt! War lange nicht so glücklich :D

Cooles Old School Deck

Hab mir das Deck schon mal Anfang der 2000er Jahre schon mal gekauft. Ist mein absolutes Lieblings Old School Deck, da ich mit diesem am besten skaten kann :)

Hab mir das Board für in die Bowl gekauft.
Macht sehr viel Spaß auch ollies und andere Tricks sind kein Problem.

Absoluter Klassiker aus den 80ern in einer super Farbkombination. Zum Fahren fast zu schade, für die Wand ideal.

For me (personal opinion) this deck is the best, perfect for cruising for the city ,the shape and wide are really comfortable for doing all you want to do ollies ,shoveits and more....
You may ,if you are accustomed to double kick ,you are missing a bit of nose but the old school shape is awesome.
