Trucks

Information about the correct skateboard truck width:

All truck manufacturers provide their trucks in different size charts. For an 8" deck, you can use an Independent 139", a Thunder 147", or a Titus 5.3" truck. To determine which truck fits perfectly under your deck, consult the size chart. The length of the truck axle should ideally match the width of the deck. Trucks should not be wider than the deck itself whenever possible. When in doubt, you can simply follow our recommendations for the appropriate deck width when choosing your trucks.

Truck Height:

Truck height is measured from the baseplate to the center of the axle. There are three different types of truck constructions that primarily differ in their height:

Low trucks provide a more direct board feel due to their lower center of gravity but should only be used with wheels up to 53mm to avoid wheel bite.

Mid trucks are the standard when it comes to truck height.

High trucks offer a wider turning angle due to their additional height.

...ich finde es ist ein sehr nuetzliches Teil

Ich finde der MOB Grip Tape Roller ist ein sehr nuetzliches Teil,
grade wenn man mehrere Decks (11 Stueck/SANTA CRUZ) mit Grip Tape bekleben will.
Ob man ihn jetzt unbedingt braucht?!?
Ich ja, denn bei dem durchsichtigen MOB Grip Tape bekommt man das Grip Tape besser/fester auf das Deck geklebt das man da durch mehr von der Deckgrafik (Motiv) durch sieht!....auch wenn man Luftblasen unter dem Grip Tape hat, lassen die sich mit dem MOB Grip Tape Roller besser/leichter/schneller entfernen.

MOP or FLOP!!!

Der MOB-Griptape Roller ist einfach nur ein freshes Teil.
Da bekommt man gleich richtig Bock in eine Skateboard Produktion zu gehen und nur Griptape's zu bekleben.
Früher habe ich es wie jeder andere Skateboarder gemacht mit den Rollen von der Achse oder Folie auf's Board und mit den Händen Pressen.
Ich finde es Meganützlich vor allem egal ob man jeden Tag oder jedes Jahr ein Griptape beklebt.

Ich bin ein 100% Skateboarder (Bier / Grill) knalle mein Board gerne brüllend auf den Boden, wie das manierlich ist und, naja, ich brauch den Griproller darum also mehrmals täglich und finde der ist ein totaler must have! Hab ihn immer dabei und kam hierdurch dazu, mit dem Teil Tricks zu erfinden/üben. Ja, da geht natürlich einiges(e.x. inverts, plant'n'rolls, ..)! Erst wurde ich eher skeptisch beäugt, wenn ich mit meinen TapeRolls performed habe und die Blicke der Grrrls mir bewundernd nachfllogen.
Thinktank:
Einer erfindet aus Versehen die Atombombe, ein andrer LSD und dann ist plötzlich der MOBHandRoller da!!
Mittlerweile haben viele in unserer Gegend nachgezogen und eingesehen, dass der MopRoller den gesamten Rollsport zu revolutionieren imstande ist.
