Trucks

Information about the correct skateboard truck width:

All truck manufacturers provide their trucks in different size charts. For an 8" deck, you can use an Independent 139", a Thunder 147", or a Titus 5.3" truck. To determine which truck fits perfectly under your deck, consult the size chart. The length of the truck axle should ideally match the width of the deck. Trucks should not be wider than the deck itself whenever possible. When in doubt, you can simply follow our recommendations for the appropriate deck width when choosing your trucks.

Truck Height:

Truck height is measured from the baseplate to the center of the axle. There are three different types of truck constructions that primarily differ in their height:

Low trucks provide a more direct board feel due to their lower center of gravity but should only be used with wheels up to 53mm to avoid wheel bite.

Mid trucks are the standard when it comes to truck height.

High trucks offer a wider turning angle due to their additional height.

Bin einfach happy!

Zuerst vorab, ich habe mit dem Skaten wieder nach 20 Jahren wieder angefangen und war mit den Standard Rollen (Inpeddo 52 mm 98A Rollen) nicht so zufrieden. Grund war unter anderem der Grundbelag bei uns in der Gegend. Ich habe dann auch andere Rollen ausprobiert und muss sagen, dies war auch nicht meins.
Die Mini Logo haben mich aufgrund ihrer Weichheit überzeugt. Ich fühle mich auf dem Board sicherer, es fährt sich ruhiger und schneller. Die Geräusche sind auch deutlich leiser im Vergleich zu den harten Rollen. Ich denk als Anfänger haben sich die Rollen auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Ich kann überall von A nach B. Und auf dem Platz macht es auch deutlich mehr Spaß! Ich hab die Rollen inzwischen auf mein 8.25" Board montiert und fahre die Rollen erstmal solange es geht, bis ich neue brauche. Von mir eine Klare Kaufempfehlung als Anhänger.

Klasse Rollen

Super zum cruisen, klasse Optik durch schlichtheit und nicht allzu schwer. Würd ich wieder kaufen.

„Günstige“ Bones Rough Riders

Günstige top Wheels zum Cruisen auf der Straße, Gehweg, etc..kommen überall super durch. Ähneln sehr den Bones Rough Ryders, wenn nicht gleich (gleiche Firma) - nur scheint mir der Plastikanteil im Core bei den RR grösser zu sein=leichter. Wheels sind in 59mm natürlich nicht so leicht (ich meine ca. 72 Gramm) und wirken auf den ersten Blick auf meinem 8.5er Anti Hero/Indy 149 Forged Hollow minimal klobig, weil sehr breite Lauffläche mit 32mm (Wheel 39mm breit) - pflügen dann aber über alles drüber. Sind nicht symmetrisch, also Logos out - die halten aber eh nicht lange. Wer „normaler“/ nicht rechteckig aussehende Wheels möchte, der muss bei anderen Marken mit ca. 25mm Lauffläche bei ähnlicher Breite auskommen - aber vielleicht reicht das auch zum Cruisen...
