The Bones Bearings Cleaning Unit is the perfect tool for cleaning your bearings. They are attached to the pole where spacers hold them in position, and the 1/3 of the bottle is filled with pure alcohol. After the cleaning process it is recommended to lubricated the bearings with Bones Speed Cream.

While cleaning your bearings, you should protect your hands with rubber gloves. Detailed instructions are enclosed in the Cleaning Unit.

Trucks

Information about the correct skateboard truck width:

All truck manufacturers provide their trucks in different size charts. For an 8" deck, you can use an Independent 139", a Thunder 147", or a Titus 5.3" truck. To determine which truck fits perfectly under your deck, consult the size chart. The length of the truck axle should ideally match the width of the deck. Trucks should not be wider than the deck itself whenever possible. When in doubt, you can simply follow our recommendations for the appropriate deck width when choosing your trucks.

Truck Height:

Truck height is measured from the baseplate to the center of the axle. There are three different types of truck constructions that primarily differ in their height:

Low trucks provide a more direct board feel due to their lower center of gravity but should only be used with wheels up to 53mm to avoid wheel bite.

Mid trucks are the standard when it comes to truck height.

High trucks offer a wider turning angle due to their additional height.

es macht was es macht und es ist supper

Einfach praktisch

Ich reinige meine Lager wirklich regelmäßig und da ist sowas einfach praktisch . Kann verstehen das es dür einige teuer scheint da es nur ein Behälter ist aber habs mir trotzdem gekauft.

Perfektes Reinigungshilfsmittel

Die Reinigungsflasche ist simpel aber effektiv konstruiert. Die Anwendung ist selbsterklärend und wirkungsvoll. Klar kann man Kugellager auch anders und günstiger reinigen, aber nicht so komfortabel ohne dreckige Finger. Ich verwende Isopropanol als Reiniger. Damit habe ich verdreckte Bones Reds komplett sauber bekommen. Mit Speed Cream geölt laufen sie wieder wie neu. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Super praktisch

Das Fläschchen ist den Preis wert. Klaro, man kann seine Kugellager auch anders reinigen… aber mit der Bones Unit geht es halt viel einfacher. Die Hände bekommen kein Reinigungsmittel ab. Man kann die gesäuberten Lager einfach am Stäbchen trocknen lassen. Es lohnt sich.
