SHIPPING DURATION
Orders placed before 5 pm on weekdays (Mon – Fri) are shipped the same day provided they were paid for with a credit card, PayPal, Sofort Banking or cash on delivery. Our shipping partner is DHL.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia will be processed on the next business day.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday.
Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made. If the package cannot be delivered at the specified address, the package will be stored at your nearest post office. The package will then be available for pickup at the post office for the next 7 business days.
Please note that orders paid via standard bank transfer can only be shipped once we have received your payment.

Keeping track of your order
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an E-mail containing a DHL tracking link. Please note that it could take a few hours for the tracking link to work. DHL has to scan your package into their freight system first. If the link does not work, please be patient and try again later.
Additionally, you can check the current status of your order in the 'My Account' section, under 'My Orders'.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you an email containing a link to DHL so you can track the delivery of your package. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking link to work as DHL has to scan your package first. If the link doesn’t work, we recommend being patient and trying again later. You can also check the current status of your order in “My Account” under “My Orders”.
Please note: the emails we send to you may wind up in your spam folder. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our service center.
CREDIT BALANCE
Whenever you return an order, you not only have the option of being reimbursed, but you can also have the amount credited to your Titus account. You can see your account balance under “My Account > Balance”. If you have credit on your Titus account, you can use it for future orders.
Any leftover amount will be credited to your account again. If your order exceeds your balance, you can choose how you would like to pay for the rest of the amount – just as with a regular order.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
There is no minimum order value.
VALUE ADDED TAX
Shipments to non-European countries may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) which are not paid or invoiced by Titus. These costs will be paid directly to the customs or tax authorities by the package receiver. Please contact your local customs/tax authorities for more information
STAGGERED DISCOUNTS AND RETURNS
In case of a return from a staggered rebate promotion, the discount granted may change. For example, if on-top-discounts on orders that, due to a return, result in a different batch of the staggered rebate, the difference has to be taken into account. For example: there is a 10% on-top-discount on an order value of 80€ and 20% on an order value of 150€. If 2 items are ordered in one order and they are worth 90€ each, the order value is 180€, giving a promotional staggered discount of 20%. If one of the items is returned, the order value decreases and it will be of 90€, therefore the 10% discount will be taken into account. The difference between the discount batches will be applied through the refund of the return.
