HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

Full information on returns can be found in our general terms and conditions. 

1. Returning Orders from Germany and Austria

All orders to Germany and Austria have free return shipping. 

Germany and Austria 

Returns are free for German customers! A pre-paid return label will be attached to your order receipt in your package. Simply attach this return label to your return package and bring it to a post office of Packstation. The postage is paid.

You can also print a copy of your return label in the Orders section of your customer account. In addition, you can go directly to a DHL office with the QR-code of your return label.

You can find a DHL office near you with the Branch Finder, the nearest DHL Packstation with the Packstation Finder, or you can call our customer service at: 0251 / 777 111 (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00).

Switzerland and EU countries 

You are required to pay return shipping costs if the total value of the items being returned is under 40€. You are also required to pay for any damages that may have occurred due to your own negligence. There is free return shipping for countries outside Germany/Austria if the return item(s) value over 40€.

2. Returning Orders from Abroad 

If you have ordered from a non-EU country (Swiss excluded from this) and wish to return your items, we can not cover the return shipping cost. Please note that import taxes, customs regulations etc. are also not covered by us. Please contact our service department if you have any questions. service@titus-shop.com

Customer Complaints – Defects and Damages

We will pay for any return shipping costs if you present a justified complaint for the item you have received, regardless of the item's value. Please note that manufacturer defects (for example) can only be accepted if the manufacturer agrees with you. We unfortunately have no influence on their opinion. We will of course reimburse you if the manufacturer defect is justified and the item is returned to us. You have several options to choose from regarding how you are refunded (with the exception of PayPal).

 


 

REFUND

We will reimburse you if you choose to return your order. There are several options to choose from (with the exception of PayPal orders).

If you paid using PayPal, we we will reimburse the PayPal account from which the order was made from. 

If you paid by credit card, you can receive the reimbursement on your credit card or we can transfer the funds via a bank transfer to your bank account.

For orders with cash on delivery, bank transfer and Sofortüberweisung, we transfer the refund amount back to your bank account only. IMPORTANT: Please write your IBAN number on the RETURN FORM. If this information is not provided, you will be contacted by email and asked for your bank details. Until we receive your IBAN to send your refund, the refund amount will be saved on your Titus customer account as a credit.

We charge shipping fees per order (see shipping information). You will receive free shipping if you exceed the minimum total order value for free shipping. If you return an item(s) which makes your remaining total order value less than the minimum value for free shipping, shipping fees (see shipping information) will be subtracted from your refund amount for the item(s) returned.

Less the value of your returned item(s):

Remaining total order value:

40,00 EUR

 

Minimum total order value to receive free shipping:

 

50,00 EUR

 

Shipping fees will then be subtracted from the refund amount of your returned item(s).

You are required to bear the regular costs of the return consignment, provided the total price of the goods does not exceed the amount of 40 €. A loss in value of the goods has to be compensated by you only if that loss in value can be attributed to an unreasonable handling and examination of state, features, and functions of the goods by you.
