WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

Creating a customer account helps us to recognize you in the future. We will never share your information with anyone else! Your customer account also enables you to save your wishlist, your favorite brands, and “coming soon” items.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD!

Forgot your password? No problem! Just click “forgot your password?” when you log in and we’ll reset your password so you can choose a new one.

WHERE TO FIND YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER

Your customer number can be found under "My Account > Personal Details" or on the receipt that was included in your package. 

If you ever want to contact customer service in the future, having your customer number on hand helps us immensely in locating your order (among other things).

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR EMAIL

Your account information (billing address, shipping address, etc.) can be changed under "My Account" at any time. You also have the option of adding several shipping addresses and setting one of them as a default address. If you would like to have the order sent to another shipping address, you can change the address in your settings or during the ordering process.

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

If you would like to delete your account, please send an email to service@titus.de asking us to delete your information from our system. We will delete your personal data within three workdays.
