The term style is often used rather loosely, especially in skateboarding. But if it fits anywhere, it is with regard to Jahmal Williams. He can look back on a long pro-career with Toy Machine, Infamous, and DNA Skateboards. Now, he has succesfully launched his very own skateboard company - HOPPS.
The designs of HOPPS skateboard decks combine clear, typographic elements and slogans with Jahmal's own artistic work, creating an individuality the scene often missed in the last years. Additionally, HOPPS regularly puts out strong web-clips or the occasional mixtape.
The HOPPS Skateboarding Team consists of Jahmal Williams, Jerry Fowler, Joel Meinholz, Steve Brandi, Brian Clarke and Dustin Eggeling.
